"After been a State Farm costumer for over 40 years +. I moved out of the DMV are for couple of years. I moved back to the area and choose to work with the Jessica Cortes team, I originally spoke with Tiffany Reed and transfer my policy on June 14, I told her to use the prorated amount for the payment of the policy from the other state, and charge my credit card for the full amount without my consent. I encountered dealing with this people was the worst mistake I made, my experience with them left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The lack of experience, the unprofessional and incompetent personnel… I was given a choice to contact headquarters to make a legal complaint so it is noted in their records. I decide to go with another insurance company, got a better rate and a superior service all around. The Jessica Cortes team deserve a 0 star."
